Job Description
A locally owned and operated Texas restaurant designed to be reminiscent of roadside cafes from the 1920s and 1940s is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their management team. They are known for their delicious breakfast and brunch and take pride in using fresh local ingredients sourced from local farms and a personal garden!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
