We’re excited to launch a unique culinary concept as part of a well-known Northern Virginia Winery that is focused on artisanal pizza crafted with the freshest ingredients. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences in a setting that prioritizes quality, creativity, and community.
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to help shape this exciting endeavor. If you have a passion for pizza, a knack for leadership, and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pizza Perfection: Prepare, bake, and present exceptional pizzas using artisanal techniques.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee kitchen operations, mentor and train team members, and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Consistency & Quality: Ensure all pizzas meet established standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Menu Input: Collaborate on menu ideas and seasonal offerings.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a safe and spotless kitchen environment in line with health regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in artisanal pizza making, or similar culinary roles (wood-fired experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A creative approach to food and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy service periods.
  • Enthusiasm for creating memorable dining experiences.
