Job Description
This position requires a leader who has a love for being in the field, directly impacting the business. This role oversees 6 General Manager's of high volume restaurants and will require the ability to be highly organized and engaged in each operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance to ensure the operation is running at its highest potential
- Active involvement in the training and growth of the management team in coordination with the Director of Training
- Hold management and staff to a high level of service and operating standards.
- Monitors BOH performance to ensure consistent, high quality food preparation that adheres to spec and food safety/ sanitation standards.
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and federal/state/local laws, and ordinances, including all required licensing, training, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years overseeing a multi-unit operation
- High emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take direction from the CEO and Owner and have a high sense of urgency in implementing the tasks that are assigned.
