Key Responsibilities:

Develop appropriate infrastructure, systems, and processes, setting high standards for effectiveness, accountability, and excellence

Manage daily operations of multiple restaurant brands and ensure adherence to company standards

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction

Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and Operations Teams to build a culture of excellence

Optimize cost-control measures, P&Ls, and financial performance
-
Standardize and enhance operational procedures, service quality, and brand consistency
-
Drive guest experience initiatives to elevate satisfaction and retention
-
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring maximum profitability and cost efficiency

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Identify and implement technology and systems to improve restaurant performance
-
Build high-performance teams, identify and coach up-and-coming leaders

Increase profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales

Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality excellence, and employee development
What We’re Looking For:

5-7 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

A bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality is strongly preferred

Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
-
A hands-on, people-first leader who can build and develop high-performing teams

A track record of scaling restaurant operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing profitability

Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and lead with innovation in a dynamic environment

Experience implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance restaurant performance and guest experience

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
