About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our client's culinary leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations

Supervise, train, and mentor line cooks and prep staff to maintain excellence in execution

Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation

Support menu execution, seasonal specials, and kitchen innovation

Oversee food costs, inventory, and waste control to align with financial goals

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
Qualifications

3+ years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Solid knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff

Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment
