            <description><![CDATA[<span><span><span>Our Company seeks an experienced <span>Front of House Manager to aid </span>the GM in coordinating, directing and planning everyday business and event operations. You will help create weekly schedules, ensure a positive work environment, help exceed Guest expectations, manage daily operations, build sales and events and help with human resource needs. A successful <span>FOM</span> will assist with all General Manager responsibilities.</span></span></span><br>

<span><span><strong><span>Essential Functions: </span></strong><span>Our Restaurant Managers help oversee the daily operations of their location. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations management background and must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</span></span></span>
<ul>
&#9;<li><span>Must be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities consistent with the business objectives and philosophies.</span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Assist the General Manager with the development of front of the house supervisors and other departmental positions</span></span><span><span>.</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Supports the companyâs commitment to local products, sustainable and responsible food practices.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Develops action steps to achieve budget goals and maintains expenses within forecasted budget.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the Team, Guests, and vendors.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Ensure every Guest leaves happy.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Builds an effective, engaged, and results achieving Team.</span></span></span><span><span><span>Ensures that Team Members are performing their responsibilities effectively and takes pro-active action as needed.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Hire, train, and supervise Team Members to ensure Restaurant is continually staffed. Reduce turnover while not sacrificing quality for the Guest.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Projects and practices consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of Team & Guest service at all points of contact.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Prepare employee schedules within company guidelines.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Ensure all food safety procedures, company protocols, and sanitary regulations are strictly adhered to. </span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Maintain safe working conditions.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Develop and negotiate private dining and event contracts that contribute towards sales and profitability goals.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Collaborate successfully with Team to meet all company objectives.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Maintain, update, and communicate information on communication board.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Maintain company standard for operational discounts.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Ensure safe and responsible alcohol service.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Maintain and support Brand Narrative and Culture Document.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Foster and support a culture of recognition for successful behavior.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.</span></span></span>

<span><span><strong><span>General Requirements:</span></strong></span></span>

&#9;<li><span><span><span>Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create unique and memorable dining experiences.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and protocols</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Strong leadership and communication skills, able to lead and foster a Team oriented environment grounded by mutual respect.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Must be passionate about delivering an experience and demonstrate a continued willingness to learn new things that positively impact the organization.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience.</span></span></span>
