Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sushi team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize sushi production, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee training programs to ensure staff are skilled in sushi preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our sushi market presence locally and globally.
- Manage supplier negotiations to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve product consistency.
- Coordinate with senior leadership on project management efforts related to new product launches or operational expansions.
- Deep network of sushi chefs to deploy across locations
- Proven management experience within culinary operations or food service leadership roles.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop long-term growth plans.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills for supplier contracts and partnership opportunities.
- Experience in business development, including market analysis and expansion strategies.
- Skilled in project management with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
