Talent Shop is seeking a driven General Manager to lead a new, upscale restaurant at The Wharf in Washington, DC. Inspired by Chesapeake Bay traditions and seasonal sourcing, this concept combines a lively raw bar, day-boat fish and shellfish, regional meats and produce, craft cocktails, and private dining rooms that showcase the best of Mid-Atlantic hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations: FOH, BOH, bar service, and private dining.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, building a culture of hospitality and accountability.
• Drive financial performance through effective P&L management, labor control, and cost optimization.
• Deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences across daily service and special events.
• Partner with local purveyors and farmers to highlight sustainable, seasonal ingredients.
• Collaborate with ownership to achieve bonus metrics, including guest satisfaction, sales growth, and cost efficiency.

• 5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine-casual dining.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue goals while leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, organizational, and leadership skills.
