Job Description

This James Beard award winning team at a Michelin starred restaurant group is looking for a General Manager. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and proven leadership in upscale restaurant environments. In this role, you will support daily operations, uphold the highest standards of guest experience, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team. Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service, staff development, and operational excellence are key to success in this dynamic and rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day off premises catering operations.
  • Assist in staff training and education.
  • Updating current operations and seeing how to work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.

Preferred Skills:

  • Catering experience
  • CMS/WSET Certification
  • P&L management experience
  • Staff management & training of 25+ employees
  • Understanding of HR compliance
  • Payroll & Scheduling experience
