The Talent Shop is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their leadership team and help continue delivering exceptional hospitality in this elevated, yet welcoming, environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep our FOH & BOH operations running smoothly to the company’s standards.
  • Hold the team accountable while sticking to our operational procedures.
  • Use financial indicators to measure and boost productivity.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to meet team and business needs.
  • Respond to all guest and staff communications/feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Master the use of all necessary tools, utensils, equipment, and software (e.g., restaurant management software).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience
  • Flexible work schedule and reliable transportation.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Financial savvy to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Experience with P&L is a MUST. 
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and other relevant tools.
