Job Description
The Talent Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple bakery café locations across the DMV area. This hands-on, people-focused leader will inspire teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive operational and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple units, ensuring excellence in service, product quality, and team culture

Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams

Drive sales growth through local marketing, community engagement, and operational efficiency

Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize labor, inventory, and profitability

Create a welcoming, service-driven atmosphere for both guests and employees
Qualifications
- 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail (Previous bakery & cafe experience preferred!)

Strong leadership skills with proven success in team development

Solid financial acumen with KPI management experience
- Hands-on leadership style with adaptability in fast-paced environments
