Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience, with a performance review following the completion of training.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and development of staff.
  • Help oversee inventory, labor, and cost controls to meet business goals.
  • Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and service.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
  • Alcohol and mocktail beverage knowledge required.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for AM/PM shifts, including opening and closing.
  • Culinary experience in a high-volume facility, either on the line or in a management role.
  • Solid understanding of food execution, inventory management, and waste control fundamentals.
  • Financial acumen with knowledge of labor and food cost targets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to think independently and take initiative.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
