What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding operational standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service execution and efficient floor management.
• Train, coach, and develop staff in hospitality best practices, service standards, and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business success.

Basic qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Preferred qualifications

• Background in fine dining or casual dining environments, showcasing versatility in service styles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
